hi<
i had a bad experience last September with one agent named Steve Chiong , i saw in ad that he has a flat for renting< we went and saw it and we gave him 1000$ deposit as the owner wasn't there that day.
but this agent ran away with the deposit< and when we called his company ( aspen) they said that they don't have any agent with this name.
(he gave us a letter of tenancy under this company name)
so pls take care and ask every agent for his license or his name card where you can find his license number .
It is better also to choose one big company as they provide a good service but for this company they do nothing for us and we still waiting the police officer until now.

dear tenants or owners before dealing with agents,whether big or small company ,you can called up they're company whether they have such an agents,coz some agents they use defferent defferent name than they're real name,
