这样的Agent绝对是非法的。 1. 不可以，如果你有agent的证件，可以找他的公司投诉，或是打这里的电话投诉 http://www.house-sg.com/house-rent-news/topic-t1846.html 如果他们使用暴力，可以报警。 2. 入住的人数就要看之前合同有没有说明。找人代替一般情况悄悄地没有问题，不过如果严格来说可能需要征求房东的同意。如果按你说的房东说OK，就应该是Ok，我也不是很懂为什么这个agent这么刁难你们。利益纠纷？ 3. 在合同期内，是不可以随意加租的，除非双方同意，例如增加多一个人入住。否则可以打上面电话投诉，或是到HDB的机构。 基本上这个a...
