Be aware when renting the room in this house.

the owner ( couple) is lying bastard, when we viewed and sign their fricking contract( PUB INCLUDED) they never ever mentioned that we need to pay extra money if we use their aircon to much. we only agreed to rent this house room because we though that 700 is very expensive in BOONLAY so we can freely use their precious aircon without problem.

After I have given the 1 month notice, suddenly they asked me to pay for the extra utility bill for the past 4 month, and keep saying he has make sure that he told all the ppl viewing his fcuking room that there will be extra charge if we use too much.

The couple is very smart ppl, they will say anything can when we view their room to persuade us to take the room. From the start aircon usage is our main concern and the the ugly lady said they are not like other landlord that will charge their tenant for aircon usage exceeding their expectation.

cons:
- alot of dust, every day need to clean if not dust will be your friend.
- the owner very calculative and lying bastard
- EXPENSIVE, $700 in BOONLAY + HIDDEN COST
- NO WARDROBE
- got BABY ( this baby have a very sad life with their calculative parents . He dont have TOYS LOLzzzzzz the only one he have is water bottle to play with LMAO)
- CAMERA everywhere/ No privacy
-Very FAR from MRT, dont believe the 5 minute shit they said. It took us 20 minutes to walk to MRT
- The maid life is very miserable because of them, not enough food, almost every day eat instant noodle and $1+ dollar fairprice bread(the orange packaging) GOD know what it taste like zzz. Everything maid do, even shopping bags the owner don't want to take, and the disgusting filthy underwear with menstruation blood need maid to clean, late at night will wake up the maid if they need something to be done which they can fricking do it themselves.

PRO:
- The maid is very good

Please guys dont rent this house. Rent this house if u are sure they already told u they will charge extra utility bill if usage exceed their expectation.

O yea and they never put they have baby in the ads, will only let us know they have baby once we reach jurong point!!
